Hosting all online releases of original NARLUGA / NARLUGA Co. artworks and collaboration pieces.
NARLUGA products are only exclusively released through this webstore unless stated otherwise.

 

WHERE DOES COVETROVE DELIVER ? 

We ship our products worldwide.
Our products are quality-checked and shipped directly from our headquarters in sunny Singapore.
There are occasions we might ship from our other studios in the United States, Taiwan, Thailand or China for collab pieces.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ?

Our packages are delivered with international express couriers or registered Singapore Post.

Small world packages are sent for custom clearances within 10 working days (For in stock products).

For larger gallery scale products, shipment will be customized. Delivery tracking details will be sent to your email registered to us after shipment, please do check your junk mail if your tracking details are not received.

    HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ?

    Please feel free to contact us at CS@whalerabbit.com for the address updates.
    We will assist to change your shipping address in the CT Store account.
    Proof of ownership for the order might be required.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I INCURRED IMPORT FEES ?

    Customers are responsible for any and all Customs, VAT Fees, or Import Taxes that may incur upon arrival to your country.
    Please be advised that these charges are not within our control, however we are always available to work import matters with you should you need it.    

    PAYMENT METHODS? CAN YOU TAKE MY SOUL BESIDES CASH ?

    We currently only receive your payment securely by PayPal and major credit cards through STRIPE.
    However we can consider solid gold or soul essence as well if you insist.

    RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    We will devote great care to your order, however if your article has postal damages or you have received the wrong product,
    please do contact us at CS@WHALERABBIT.com within 7days for our support. We will do our best to solve issues with you always.

    Please be aware of fakes and counterfeits of our products and art.
    We are aware of some of our products being counterfeited and sold though dubious channels.
    Counterfeit pieces will never have the quality and vibrancy compared to our originals.
